Pablo Bolivar - Looking For A Shape

This four-track vinyl is an absolute must have for those who love to play a chugging, driving style of minimal and techno. Produced by Barcelonas Pablo Bolivar, “Looking for a Shape”, pushes the depth and groove that he is known for, but in a more aggressive yet subtle way. The original doesnt allow one to breath with constant changes in percussion and amazing flow. His “Phase Two” track will annihilate the speakers in clubs with deep bass and is a sharp, tightly wound percussive masterpiece. The remixes offered are by Monkey Brothers, who take a very different turn with the track and offer a soft vocal and is perfect for the dance-floor as it delivers a strong pop for those later in the night moments. Finally, the last track on the record is Hidden Recordings Owner Deepak Sharma + Dieter Krauses interpretation of the original. They have created a more slowed down, druggy, groovier version of the original. Its not quite as smooth as the original and thats a good thing as the extra glitch is great for those who need more punch in their sets. There is something in this release for all kinds of DJs. Support from the worlds finest DJs and artists such as Pier Bucci, Argenis Brito, Butane, Maetrik, Gregory Shiff, Ambivalent, And ID, Barem, and Noah Pred.
