With clubbers, hippies and artistic types lining the protest route in Ibiza yesterday, the demonstration had an impromptu, creative spirit.

At every major junction, the protesters would sit on the street clapping and shouting, with the energy building, before all of them jumped in the air in unity.

It was very dance music, and very DC10.

This video I grabbed shows protesters gathered around a car in the street.

The car’s occupants had a booming soundsystem and cranked up the dance music, much to the delight of the crowd.
