“Argenis Brito is a venezuelan producer, singer and bass player currently based in Berlin.In 1994 moved to New York and started producing electronic music, his first release was * GM and his thinking congas * (1997), a collaboration album together with the chilean musician Jorge Gonzalez, the german producers Dandy Jack, Pink Elln and Uwe Schmidt aka. Atom tm.

In 1998 moved to Santiago de Chile and began participating as singer and front man for the project * Sr. Coconut and his Orchestra * , produced by the prolific german musician Atom tm. “El Baile Alemán” (2000), “Fiesta Songs” (2003), and the latest “Yellow Fever” (2006), are the three albums they have worked together so far.

In combination with the chilean producer Pier Bucci, created the project * Mambotur *, releasing the albums “Atina Latino” (2002), and “Al Frente” (2005), on Multicolor Rec.Co-produced 4 tracks on the project * Monne Automne * ” Introducing Light & Sound” (LoFi rec. 2004), in collaboration with the swiss-chilean producer Luciano and Pier Bucci. Collaborated as well with the producer Jay Haze on his first album ” Love for a strange world ” (Kitty-Yo. Rec. 2005).Lately has co-produced projects like * Samim vs. Argenix * , * Krak Street Boyz * with Jay Haze, * Bearback * with J.H. and the swiss producer Samim, * Basstards * with J.H. and Jamim Unit, all for the label Tuning Spork Family Affairs.In April 2006, his first solo e.p. * Sentidos Opuestos * was released by the new Berlin based label Junion, and the second one * Micro Mundo * will be out in 2007 .”
